I think Sanchez deserves credit for making GGG a true boxing terror in the classic "Mexican style." He (Abel) was a highly accomplished trainer far before he paired up with GGG. Remember "Terrible" Terry Norris, Lupe Aquino and Carlos Baldomir. Just to name a few.Comment

Oversight of boxing is fking bordering on criminal, different hand wrapping in different states? Get the **** outta here, there should be set international rules like any other sport and especially for one so dangerous.
And if they fail to comply it's a criminal offence.
24foot limit what the **** is that? A heavyweight has hands twice the size of a featherweight. They cant even stagger the tape length limit according to weight classes....uselessComment

Wasn't the review into the 'stacking' dispute rather than the length of the tape? It's been accepted Canelo can have them wrapped that way, but not that he can have an unlimited amount of tape when doing so.Comment

This was already posted but I'm posting it again..
NAC 467.432 Bandages for hands of unarmed combatant. (NRS 467.030)
1. Bandages on the hand of an unarmed combatant may not exceed one winding of surgeon’s adhesive tape, not over 2 inches wide, placed directly on the hand to protect the part of the hand near the wrist. The tape may cross the back of the hand twice, but may not extend within three-fourths of an inch of the knuckles when the hand is clenched to make a fist.
2. Each unarmed combatant shall use soft surgical bandage not over 2 inches wide, held in place by not more than 10 feet of surgeon’s adhesive tape for each hand. Up to one 20-yard roll of bandage may be used to complete the wrappings for each hand. Strips of tape may be used between the fingers to hold down the bandages.
3. Bandages must be adjusted in the dressing room in the presence of a representative of the Commission and both unarmed combatants. Either unarmed combatant may waive his or her privilege of witnessing the bandaging of his or her opponent’s hands.

I will respond to you because you seem to get it. Abel is protesting the length of the tape used to wrap Clenello's hands. Nevada has a rule of 24ft length of tape size to wrap each fist. Team Clennello of course pushed the rules last time used like over 30 feet. Stacking was confirmed ok already by the NAC. The length of the tape has not been confirmed yet. That what Abel is protesting that they get this straitened out before Sat. night. That's why there is no threat of a cancellation yet.
feet, meters..... whateverComment

Has he ever fought at middleweight, oooyes, one time, ok, if you want, if you all want - he can be the strongest and the super champ at middleweight, but, but the history tells us different story, it says that GGG is dominating that division for quite some timeComment

Golovkin had a storied amateur career, and was no spring chicken when Abel got him..... not sure if he has done much with Golovkin at all actually..... Golovkin has never really added to his arsenal or shown anything new, or developed significantly under Abel
I remember how awful the game-plan's were for Barrera and GassievComment
