It means no more than 10 feet of tape which is no wider than 2 inches. CLEARLY.
1. If Canelo decides to use 1 inch tape that doesn't give him opportunity to use 20 feet per hand. It doesn't work this way: only 10 feet with up to 2 inch wide.
2. Anything more than 10 feet is illegal.

NAC 467.432  Bandages for hands of unarmed combatant. (NRS 467.030)
1.  Bandages on the hand of an unarmed combatant may not exceed one winding of surgeon’s adhesive tape, not over 2 inches wide, placed directly on the hand to protect the part of the hand near the wrist. The tape may cross the back of the hand twice, but may not extend within three-fourths of an inch of the knuckles when the hand is clenched to make a fist.
2.  Each unarmed combatant shall use soft surgical bandage not over 2 inches wide, held in place by not more than 10 feet of surgeon’s adhesive tape for each hand. Up to one 20-yard roll of bandage may be used to complete the wrappings for each hand. Strips of tape may be used between the fingers to hold down the bandages.
3.  Bandages must be adjusted in the dressing room in the presence of a representative of the Commission and both unarmed combatants. Either unarmed combatant may waive his or her privilege of witnessing the bandaging of his or her opponent’s hands.

Only in Nevada would you be able to use more than 24ft of the tape or as much as deemed as you feel you want, I don’t understand why they banned plaster casts in Nevada I mean honestly wtf are these guys playing at !

I get it Abel can do whatever Team Clenelo do yet he has to look out for GG, so obviously he would prefer both not to have over excessive taping.

Abel has already seemingly accepted the "stacking" issue. What he is contesting and trying to get enforced is the 24ft of tape. He concedes that Canelo and his team can wrap however they want, as long as they do not exceed the maximum amount of materials.

His argument is that in the first fight they used over twice as much as is allowed by the rules. It is a very valid argument.

You clowns can ride Canelo's **** as much as you want, but do us all a favor and learn how to read first.

And what the hell is wrong with Bennett? If the rules state 24ft, how can he say that the fighters can use as much as they want? Hell, might as well use a hundred feet per hand, and rinse it with some water prior to putting on the gloves then...

READ THE ARTICLE. He said that Nevada has a limit of the length of tape that can be used and it should not go over that. This what they are protesting.

He's protesting to make sure canelo's team dosen't use more tape than what is allowed on fight night. Rather than complain on fight night in the dressing room, they are bringing it up now. You really are dense as a rock.
