HBO has matching rights. So we will have to see. Good for fight fans if true. One more reason to ditch HBO.
Kovalev-Alvarez II likely headed to ESPN in January.

Respect to ESPN for picking up all these random fights. Kinda weird to see Kovalev on ESPN at this point in his career, but the landscape of boxing viewing is changing quickly right now it seems so we might even be seeing weirder things in 2019.
Like maybe Canelo or GGG on ESPN.Comment

Yea she must feel silly for that HBO loyalty. She'd have done better & she'd have done better for her fighter to have made that Stevenson fight when Kov was a free agent a few yrs back.
All these old timey promoters are so stuck in the past they can't see all these moving parts & changes in the game today lol. Its the weirdest thing. I anxiously await the next era of media savvy promoters who've learned from Eddie Hearn the blueprint of hyping a show & doing fan friendly matchmaking. Once we get some of these old timey coots out of the game & some of these young up & coming mfers start getting into the game the sport will be better for it.Comment

Ain't that the truth.
SuperFly III did sh^tty numbers.
Canelo is a free agent Sunday.
HBO not buying the Alvarez vs Kovalev rematch.
GGG is a free agent Sunday.
Daniel Jacobs has his last fight on HBO in ~6 weeks.
Who's with HBO by Sunday besides those SuperFly guys? Munguia?Comment
