Need to see how the fight does and how the ensuing negotiations go, but I still think that the consolidation is happening faster than we thought.
HBO's take on Alvarez's PPVs, plus the independent boxing budget being reduced again (no real idea what the actual budget is, but take that number and cut another $5m), will leave enough money to cover the 8-10 shows per year for a Golden Boy schedule.
