Comments Thread For: Sanchez Satisfied With The Officials For GGG-Canelo Rematch

A big bone of contention in last year's bout between IBO, WBA, WBC middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin and Mexican superstar Saul "Canelo" Alvarez - was the officiating. The first bout, which took place in September 2017, ended in a controversial draw.

This could be interesting for GGG. Because if he throws more and is more agressive in the rematch, Moretti will certainly score it again for GGG. That’s means, he would only need (1) other judge to score it for him. I’m sure judges re-watch the fights they scored. And if GGG shows any improvements in the rematch for Moretti, he will favor him. I’m not sure why Canelo’s camp didn’t request ALL new judges that have 0 subjectivity.

Didn't they say the same thing last year? They were satisfied with the officials until they got a draw. Team GGG, especially Sanchez need to stop with the excuses.

As in all the great fights from the beginning most end in the big KO !!!

        Forget judges !!!

Canelo needs to KO GGG !!!

I believe GGG will KO Canelo !

I want GGG to hurt redbone early then do a beat down then dump his redass on the mat for ten! I want BIGASSRED to get up and come to GGG and Sanchez and humbly apologize for the peds etc...

If GGG GETS KO’d he should go to BIGASSRED and ask him how he snuck past wada

No crying if GGG doesn't get the decision then, Sanchez.

Actually, if you read the article, Sanchez is saying that he objected ("made a stink about") Adalaide Byrd before the first fight.

Though I haven't seen any proof of Sanchez's objection.

Anyway, after the fight, even Oscar thought her scorecard was wack. And the executive director of the Nevada Athletic Commission asked her to take a break from judging fights. It's not as though Sanchez was the only person who was like, "whaa....?""

Canelo's long history of funky judges' scorecards is now legendary. Everybody should be concerned about the pattern.

Ummm She judged a fight in Vegas on Boulder Hwy. like 1 month after GGG/Canelo. In fact shes judged NUMEROUS fights since then. But only 2 real Championship fights since. She even judges a fight on the Lara/Hurd undercard.

GGG needs a KO to beat Canelo as America hates all Russians

Commie GGG needs to KO or stop Canelo to get the win. This is America and America hates all commies and Russians like GGG. Boxing isn't fair with the corrupt judging and inept judges like that Bryd token the black bigot who screwed GGG. It will be a TKO or KO for GGG or Canelo wins the fight. Canelo is the future of boxing and GGG is just a commie looking for cash.
