youre right, and although he hasnt been at 147 long he is P4P top 3 easily. surely that holds weight? does he need to clean out the division as well to become a contender for thurman?

I sorta hate P4P I gotta say. Its sci-fi fantasy bs & people talk about it waaaaaaay too much. And I don't even think its done right & the whole premise "if everyone weighed the same who would be the best" is hilariously child-ish & probably in the realm of PC all inclusive trophies for everyone culture. Not to mention how do you even fathom what attributes a lil guy would have if he wasn't a lil guy or what attributes a big guy would have if he was a lil guy. If we in some wonky sci fi way could make every fighter a 147lber who's to say SSR isn't slow as f#ck & Tyson Fury isn't the most amazing fighter ever cuz if he can move like he does at 240+ imagine if he was naturally 100lbs lighter. Fury is the Loma of HW's...he'd be the Loma of Loma if we could shrink him down.

      Anyway.../rant on P4P

But the thing is P4P for Bud is about 135, 140 & 147 not just about 147. His standing at 147 is primarily based on what he's done at 147 with some consideration for the success he's had in the lower weights.

And good luck to Bud in cleaning out 147 ever however good he is. Bud vs Saucedo isn't even a step to cleaning out 147 & that might be the biggest name opponent fight for Bud under TR.

        There it is!

        Crawford you run nothing.

ESJ runs your "side of the street" as well.

He deserves to be number 2, if there wasn’t Keith Thurman, Spence would be number 1. I don’t think Crawford’s fought any welterweight yet. To me he’s barely a champion. That Australian [Jeff Horn] - give me one eye and one arm and I beat him too.”
Ok, so regardless of your injury, get in the ring with the Hornet as your tune-up fight. Let's see what happens. Money put on Hornet sparking a one-handed Thurman.

I used to be pretty high on Thurman, before he got scared and went into hiding. I'm calling it as it is and challenge anyone to dispute it.

Thurman said he had some floating cartilage in his elbow that had bothered him for a long time before the Garcia fight. THAT kind of surgery is arthoscopic, and a 2 to 3 month recovery time at max.

Next is a hand bruise (not break) that requires months and months of healing? Are you effing kidding me???

Now he wants a tune up, ok fine. Then will fight Porter again. Put off fighting Spence for yet another year. Chicken **** MF.

              (1) Spence (2) Thurman (3) Porter (4) Garcia (5) Pacquiao (6) Crawford (7) Ugas
Let's see Crawford take a few fights against stiff competition to find out if he belongs.

ah well thats your opinion which youre entitled to. i think the P4P vote is valid and has substance. its like mythical matchups with boxers from different eras. it's always debatable.

Crawford was lineal LW and LWW champion... nows he's beat Horn he in the mix in the WW division IMO.

If Jeff Horn is soo beatable then take him as your tune-up.
The Hornet will give you a fight you will never forgot so stop talking chit unless you can back it up.

I ****s with Keith Thurman, I'm not mad a t what he said and I actually agree with parts of it. The dude has never ducked anyone thus far outside of being injured, I could call his Spence avoidance a duck if he was fighting regularly but he's been on the shelf and he acknowledges Spence is a Killer and he needs rounds to be ready. There are no SRLs in the boxing world anymore and to be frank there weren't many before him believe it or not so you can't hold Thurman or any other fighter to that standard and it holds much weight. If he comes back as good as before I think him and Spence is a 50/50 fight. I don't see who Spence beat to make him the Boogie Man of the division. Thurman has quite a few names under his belt and God knows how many people who have avoided the fight with him. I wouldn't be surprised to see Spence struggle with some of the elite guys as opposed to damaged goods (Kell Brook) or mandatory defenses. This will be a good fight I predict a close SD one way or the other with Spence hunting and Thurman boxing both will have the ability to hurt the other and don't be surprised if Spence is hurt because his defense is not very solid.
