Its possible if Usyk convincingly beats Bellew &Whyte then the demand is there. Or Usyk fights the winner of Wilder/Fury instead by end of 2019.

Can happen IF Usyk beats a decent heavyweight contender . For example, Whyte.

Lots of people wanting that shot, a long time to wait.

                Sept 2018 - Povetkin
                April 2019 - Wilder/Fury winner or Whyte
                Late 2019 - Pulev/Hughie winner
                Early 2020 - Usyk?

Usyk is the WBO "super" champion, which means he has the right to a mandatory shot at AJ's WBO title as soon as he moves up to HW, if that's what he wants.

He'll probably have at least one HW tune-up first, but he won't fight the winner of Wilder/Fury before AJ. Why take a risk like that going for only one title, when he can fight for 3 belts and make a hell of a lot more money against AJ?

Can any one tell me how the WBO works in regards to getting a shot at the champion above you in weight?

If Usyk takes a tune-up does that override that rule?
