    Using taekwondo shoe for boxing

I have just joined boxing and I was planning just to have one sparring match and that's it. So I was wondering could I use taekwondo shoe instead of boxing shoe. That boxing shoe cost quite alot ohh forgot to say it's an amateur boxing matxh

I'm thinking you would be better served using a mid top basketball shoe, if you don't want to make the investment for a one time thing.

Boxing shoes aren't that expensive but if you can't afford them use the shoes you are used to. It won't make that much difference.
