Dude may have been done before he even fought Loma.
Having no marketability after the last fight certainly doesn't help his return.

He was slated on a espn card last year. Then he pulled out during training.

Certainly the opportunity is there but I do not think Walters and Bob have a good working relationship. A combination of Walters knowing what he's worth (or at least was worth) and Bob not wanting to pay him. The result being inactivity leading up to being served up to Loma.
