We gotta see him in his return fight. I would love to see Garcia vs Horn. Horn is another person's who struggled with weight.
He hasn’t really outgrown welter yet so it really make no sense. Maybe if they’re struggling then they’re just saying they’re open for that move.
What would you rather be? Be relevant in top level fights at welter? Or fighting nobodies at 154? And yup I don’t think he can beat trout.

If he’s getting knock out by Porter and thurman then it’s a wrap. But those were close fights esp the latter. A little tweaks here and there, and the opponent having a bad night and he could snatch those victories.

I’d favor garcia over horn, unlike Garcia, Horn received severe beatings in his last two outings we won’t know if he’s still the same.

The only way Garcia can make little TWEAKS is for him to drop his daddy and get a real trainer. At 30 years old he should had done this a long time ago. I don't see him improving anymore under his dad. That fight against Thurman was a shame his daddy never taught him how to cut off the ring. I mean it does make more sense to stay at 147 but his dad makes the calls.

Really? Now I am even more intriguing watching him vs trout. Daddy has made pretty decent money so far in boxing.

Me too, I would totally watch that fight. At 147 or a Catchweight. Or even Garcia vs Brook or Liam Smith. At this point in Garcias career it's about match making.

Trout should be able to box him using his size, range and length. Garcia ain’t big at welter and more so at 154.
Trout’s losses are against full blown powerful 154lbers yet he still hasn’t been laid flat by any of them. He shouldn’t have a problem with a smaller garcia who has limited footspeed and range to deliver his shots.
Unless of course trout is too shot

Fight against horn should be at 147. There is a good chance Garcia puts him to sleep, depends on how much he has left after two beatings (eventhough he won the pac fight).
Garcia already did well against a better version of horn in porter.
