You clearly didn't read my post. It wasn't a 24 hour deadline. It was "by the end of tomorrow" deadline. Copied & pasted directly from Hearn's deadline for the 12.5 offer. It's called gamesmanship. Hearn gave them a ridiculous deadline, so they gave him the identical deadline, word for word. It's part of the dance and ritual of a negotiation. Both sides know the deadline is nonsense. They continued discussing the 50 million offer for weeks after that. It was never taken off the table and is still on the table to this day.

Because Hearn refused to say whether AJ would accept in principle the concept of the 50 million offer, Finkel didn't want to waste time meeting to discuss other deal points that would be irrelevant without an understanding on the money.

So how about those credentials I've asked you to show us months ago? Still nothing?
