The excuses would be because Canelo didn't get to eat his regular diet. He was so afraid of testing positive again that he switch up his diet completely and is now a vegan. This will be their excuse.

My one great concern is another American screw job. He has backed himself so far into a corner, where he is almost certain to have to win by knockout in order to keep his crown; Because if he doesn't, chances are he is toast. He has alienated and turned the entire boxing establishment; Including the sanctioning bodies and especially the Nevada State Athletic officials against him for railing against Canelo's clenbuterol testing controversy.

I don't believe it was wise for Abel Sanchez to talk so much shit leading up to the build up of this fight. People are human and they have feelings; Especially the boxing authorities.

He may have created a backlash against his own fighter, if the bout goes back to the scorecards again; Similarly to what happened to Danny Garcia last week. That unanimous decision was a vote against Angel Garcia and to punish Danny for his dad spewing so much ignorant and racist shit for years.

They punished the son because of the father. Danny should have received that nod in a close fight with Porter because he was the house fighter and very popular at the Barclay's center; Especially among the huge Boricua fanbase.
