I read an article about it , DAZN said they simply can't compete with sky sports and bt sport so even though they are a British company they aren't interested in trying to hit the UK market yet.

If they can't compete with the little girls market, how are they going to compete with the big boys ?

UK Market revolves around Preimer League. If DAZN can't afford PL Rights how are they going to afford NBA, NFL Rights ?

Which is what they need to becomd the Netflix of Sports In America. US Competition is more hostile.

I'm not going to pursue this topic any further. Bottom line was, he wasn't offered anything by Haymon/Espinoza. They could have offered the Lara fight, or any of the dormant, rotting 154 PBC fighters at that time, Charlos, Williams, Trout, etc. They'd rather make garbage fights such as Lara vs Foreman, Lara vs Gausha...

i dont know the ins and outs but they said other countries dont have the monopoly on sports like sky and bt do over here. i think youre underestimating how expensive PL rights are too.
