That's these Hearn fanboys don't get. It's not about the price. $10 is nothing, but I'm not gonna spend $10 on an app that I will only use for a few hours on a Saturday. I could careless about Bellator. DAZN just won't have any other content that will interest me. ESPN+ has a lot of content but even at that, I never really used it other for one fight.

Ok well let’s say Eddie gets Mikey on Dazn and then gets Loma and they schedule a fight for February exclusively on Dazn . Would you not purchase the app for the fight? Or Wilder vs Joshua on Dazn? Would you sit firm and not purchase? To be honest I’m in the U.K. so who cares whether Dazn is successful or not. If you are predicting failure let’s hope you are right . Mikey isn't signing with DAZN, and Loma isn't gonna be fighting on any other network but ESPN. Whether DAZN succeeds or not, I could careless. Like I said, $10 isn't ****, but I only pay for something that I'm gonna get use of. DAZN just in that for me, other than some fights on a Saturday night, they don't offer any other content that will make want to watch on other days. Boxing isn't going to be on 24/7 365 days a year. You got people here in the US who complain about paying for ESPN+ and they offer way more content suitable for subscribers.

You do realize MOST people who subscribe to Showtime, don't do so because of boxing. Boxing fans probably make up < 5% of Showtime subscribers, so not sure why you're comparing sports content.

But since we're here for boxing, Showtime's boxing content > DAZN's, so the extra $3/mo is worth it.

With Wilder going to PPV and Mikey-Spence PPV and other fighters going to Fox the boxing product will become watered down on SHO.

They don’t have to sign long term but they are free to sign a one off exclusive fight. Let’s say hypothetically Hearn offered Wilder 60-40 percentage with the only basis the fight takes place on Dazn. Do you think Team Wilder would accept the deal? And if so what will all you Wilder fans do in order to watch the fight even though it is a surplus to requirements app?
