Hilarious that all the publicity Hearn did regarding AJ/Wilder just feel into Frank's lap when Fury returned.
Eddie is salty AF, evidenced by the fact that he's still talking about Wilder, Fury, and Frank instead of his own guy who is about to have a major fight. Eddie really ***ed himself on this whole deal and continues to do so. Guy needs to go back to marketing AJ instead of himself!!
He forgot who the star is.
yea he pulled an Arum, but then Wilder upstaged them with Fury
probably still a wise business move in the long term but those guys have some egg on their face right now

lets not get into the contract argument..
u cant win considering joshua declared he would fight for 50m (which would be the largest amount a heavyweight has taken for a prize fight) and when it was offered he refused. that my friend is a fact
this is the v reason hes losing fans..if u want to be the best u have to fight the best and joshua ducking ortiz and wilder just gives him a bad lookComment

Might be true about losing some fans but in the end, I'd still pick AJ over Ortiz in a one sided UD and the other is a 50/50 massive pay day today or next year.lets not get into the contract argument..

Wow! Well said by Mr. Frank Warren! Barry has his son thinking that the "family business" is some sort of generational coffee shop that serves only a small town. They are actually ONLY a PART of a BIG sport thats been around forever (albeit more organized and safer now for the past 100 years)! Eddie thinks he OWNS the sport on the strength of his daddy and his android....and his declared "RISK FREE" declaration to whom his robot beats up, makes it crystal clear he wants SOFT TOUCHES to impress the easily impressed ZOMBIE following

When a washed up Fury exposes how terrible Wilder is, nobody will care about AJ ducking him except AJ because he turned down 50m to fight a bum.
Frank more or less admitted in the IFL interview that Wilder’s team made an impossible to accept offer (they wanted 100% of TV coverage but Sky and DAZN have a contract with AJ)
It will look like genius from Frank if this fight happens and Tyson wins but I feel like Hearn will have the last laugh when AJ generates more money vs Whyte than Tyson does vs anyone. Hearn expects the fight to be announced just before the AJ fight to try to steal the limelight.Comment

Fraudley Harrison may have won gold but he is a laughing stock in U.K. pro boxing and nearly destroyed the entire scene by being so terrible.Your analogy of how Frank Warren is similar to Barry Hearn in protecting their fighters by demanding home-field advantage has some merit,
however your example in which you included Finkle in this and using the 'Bronze-Bomber' to argue your point is flawed : in the fact that Deontay 'Bronze-Bomber' Wilder was fighting in Mexico for 19th professional contest and would fight abroad four more times before Wilder ever reached his prime.
In Wilder's journey overseas Deontay would face a prime Gold-medalist from the UK, Audley Harrison -- Joshua witness the destruction of his fellow countryman in person, as he was sitting in the front row! ( GIF below as proof )

So that means what?! That Deontay was taking risk overseas before Joshua was even a pro? WOWOWOWOW!!!
As far as Steve Collins is concern, I got to tell you, I don't much about him ; like you said he was mostly a domestic level fighter.Comment
