Joshua wilder is the fight for sure ... would suck if either guy lost now
LMAO the fight of gatekeepers, for sure. Fury is the champ and will wipe the ring with both. If you want AJ/Wilder to be a fight between undefeated fighters, you need to keep them both away from 2 fast fury. Hes light years above them both and will retire undefeated.

Obviously, I have had too much time on my hands this afternoon.

The following boxers are either top 10 in WBA, IBF, WHO, IBO, WBC, Ring, BoxRec or TBRB (according to Wiki):

Anthony Joshua, Adam Kownacki, Agit Kabayel, Alexander Dimitrenko, Alexander Povetkin, BJ Flores, Bryant Jennings, Charles Martin, Deontay Wilder, Dereck Chisora, Dillian Whyte, Dominic Breazeale, Erkan Teper, Fres Oquendo, Guillermo Jones, Hughie Fury, Jarrell Miller, Joseph Parker, Kubrat Pulev, Kyotaro Fujimoto, Luis Ortiz, Manuel Charr (R), Otto Wallin, Tom Schwarz, Tony Bellew, Trevor Bryan (I), Tyrone Spong, Tyson Fury and Zhilei Zhang

This lot have not fought any of the others: ADAM KOWNACKI, Erkan Teper, FRES OQUENDO, Guillermo Jones, JARRELL MILLER, Kyotaro Fujimoto, Otto Wallin, Tom Schwarz, Tyrone Spong & Zhilei Zhang.

Of the belts, 4/10 WBA, 1/10 WBC, 2/10 IBF, 5/10 WBO and 2/10 IBO top-ranked contenders got there without fighting a peer. 4/10 WBA and 5/10 WBO, what the ****?

Of the rest, who has got the best record between themselves?

Anthony Joshua: Won 4, Lost 0 (Joseph Parker W, Dominic Breazeale W, Charles Martin W, Dillian Whyte W)
Dillian Whyte: Won 2, Lost 1 (Anthony Joshua L, Dereck Chisora W, Joseph Parker W)
Kubrat Pulev: Won 2, Lost 0 (Alexander Dimitrenko W, Dereck Chisora W)
Tyson Fury: Won 2, Lost 0 (Dereck Chisora W, Dereck Chisora W)
Joseph Parker: Won 1, Lost 2 (Anthony Joshua L, Hughie Fury W, Dillian Whyte L)
Bryant Jennings: Won 1, Lost 1 (Alexander Dimitrenko W, Luis Ortiz L)
Luis Ortiz: Won 1, Lost 1 (Bryant Jennings W, Deontay Wilder L)
Agit Kabayel: Won 1, Lost 0 (Dereck Chisora W)
Alexander Povetkin: Won 1, Lost 0 (Manuel Charr W)
Deontay Wilder: Won 1, Lost 0 (Luis Ortiz W)
Tony Bellew: Won 1, Lost 0 (BJ Flores W)
Trevor Bryan (I): Won 1, Lost 0 (BJ Flores W)
Dereck Chisora: Won 0, Lost 4 (Agit Kabayel L, Dillian Whyte L, Kubrat Pulev L, Tyson Fury L)
Alexander Dimitrenko: Won 0, Lost 3 (Joseph Parker L, Bryant Jennings L, Kubrat Pulev L)
BJ Flores: Won 0, Lost 2 (Trevor Bryan (I) L, Tony Bellew L)
Charles Martin: Won 0, Lost 1 (Anthony Joshua L)
Dominic Breazeale: Won 0, Lost 1 (Anthony Joshua L)
Hughie Fury: Won 0, Lost 1 (Joseph Parker L)
Manuel Charr (R): Won 0, Lost 1 (Alexander Povetkin L)

I considered a loss as positive as at least they are fighting decent opposition. After that, alphabetical
        To conclude:
-Jarrell Miller has not fought anybody currently good and he wants a shot at AJ!
-Kowanacki the same but has wants a shot if he beats Charles Martin!
-AJ clearly best record amongst current top ranked fighters and it is not close.
-Pulev, Whyte and Fury (Chisora twice) have 2 wins against currently ranked opposition. Whyte gets the nod over the others because of Parker.
-Dereck Chisora is an optimist (and it paid off with Takam)!
-Deontay Wilder has fought only 1 currently ranked top 10 guy (Ortiz) in the above list. He could improve his position on the list by actually fighting current fighters or changing his name to Aardvark.

Just wanted to illustrate that AJ, Whyte, Parker, Dimitrenko and Chisora are the least likely to duck (although perhaps Chisora should).

I like Joshua but I honestly feel that it’s Hearn and team don’t want that fight anytime soon at least. If Wilder loses to Fury then of course it can be post poned for a later day. Not only that but it would give Joshu a good excuse to avoid him further.

Rooting for Fury to beat Wilder but would absolutely piss my sides if Povetkin beats AJ. Fury-Povetkin for Undisputed status!

I think that Eddie and the silly old snooker bod made business sense to Joshua....uk endorsements ,continued massive sponsorship deals and many other add on's that come with staying unbeaten.Only trouble is he is in a position where the majority of fans see him ducking the dangerous Wilder and with this he isn't comfortable ......Sorry A.J. it was there on a plate the same plate you asked for only when it was delivered you refused.....what are we to think!!......this down the line and if we lose is lousy and a little embarrassing.

I'm sure you would AJ because the plan all along was for someone to expose and age Wilder before you could so much as even fancy the idea of challenging him.

That's the best case scenario for both of them. Which I hope does not happen.
