So Haymon has at least 50 million on SHOWTIME and at least 50 million on Fox to play with? That's excellent news. Now, trim some fat, sign up a couple more fighters for depth and I'd recommend Richard Schaefer as matchmaker and not promoter because he was on fire in 2013 in that role, knowing how to structure fights and build them up right.

That and HBO making a comeback would make me very happy

Nobody outside of hardcore fans cared about that fight and it got garbage ratings. I'm talking about BIG fights. Lara vs Hurd was fought in a small casino on premium cable. Lomachenko vs Linares was in MSG on ESPN. Huge difference there.

If the top 10-15 fighters fight 2-3 times a year that is easily 30-40 cards and that is all you really need since there is competition from other networks.

So when you say big fights you aren't talking about significance of the fight. So going by your metrics Mayweather-McGregor was the biggest fight of 2017 and Mayweather-Berto was the biggest fight of 2015. Right?
