Can't be elite when your holding and clinching every fight. Only heavy weights and Andre ward get away with that style. This kid needs to punch and apply better foot work to get out of clinching. Better work on that stamina like your idol Oscar you have stamina problems when your power isn't working to damage your opponent.

As much as I dislike Oscar, at least during his day, he could fight and took on tough challenges. You don't become an Olympic gold medalist and multi division world champion without having skills. But because he was so popular, people have been desperate to find the next Mexican American superstar to fill those shoes and this is just another example of that. I remember early in his career they tried to hype up John molina, then victor ortiz and now this kid. None of them were elite and this kid is no different. He'll get sparked if he ever fights anyone legit.
