Good point. Anyone who saw Povetkin versus Price knows the fight is a joke. Couple that with Joshua coming across as a puppet and Hearn as a snake oil salesman and there you have it.

Silly. There are barely any PPVs in the US. UK has way more. Yet you guys really think the promoter behind those PPVs wants to stop them in the US? Nah. These apps are just a new way for promoters to screw you.

I think it’s pretty clear everyone in the states wants DAZN to fail ... I’m just saying why should fans be against it ? I can understand why the big promoters might get lemon by why the fight fans . Weird logic to be against something that brings more fights and competition to the sport

I don’t know how much DAZN will be costing you a month but I’ve been paying £15 for five years for boxnation and it’s brilliant . Pretty much a 24 hour boxing channel and I aderstand that’s what DAZN is after

Your not getting screwed if you enjoy what your getting for your money . $70+ for a main event is steep though

Thank God US fans barely pay for that. The reality is, for a similar amount of money, US fans get far better boxing on Showtime then on DAZN.

Eddie is a mess. DAZN can't sign fighters. Why? As someone else noted streaming (for now) massively limits your audience. These guys aren't well known outside of this forum as it is. So Eddie rattles around. Wait until uncle Al (who has said nothing because he never does) drops Fox deal on them (Eddie and Bobber) so there guys are going to be fighting on ESPN+ and DAZN while Al's guys are going to be on Fox prime time with big cross promotion (because fox is now paying) and fox PPV. So let me think, I can get the same money from uncle Al, be on one of the major US networks with real cross promotion (Deontay Wilder on NFL countdown, etc) or i can go with Eddie or Bob who will stick me on streaming. Not hard if your a fighter.

Just sit back and watch it unfold.

I had a lot more respect for Eddie when I didn't know much about him. Never knew his arrogance was so bad that it overtook logical thought. I see he's got the Brits all at his knees so they're too dumb to see what's happening.

Ahh well. DAZN will flop. Hard. And he got slapped around with the Joshua/Wilder saga. His fighter took a hit while the other guy is on the verge of becoming the division's shotcaller. How could he not see this coming? Big fish in small pond syndrome.
