It only will count if he “retires” undefeated like Marciano & Floyd did. And even if he does, no one will talk about him-LOL!

          Here's some metrics for everyone..

His opponents total career record: 600-442-68

          Average record: 12-10-1

          The best ever? No.

He had a technical draw. He's clearly trash.

I’m talking about YEARS from now. He will be irrelevant when people look over ALL of the boxing greats, all the HOF’ers. He probably won’t be mentioned in that conversation. YOU probably won’t bring him up. Of course articles are being written NOW because what he just did is fresh in our minds. But years from now, no one will bring it up even IF he retires undefeated and that’s a big IF. They will probably gloss over it with a footnote, “irrelevant division with suspect opposition.”

But his career is still going on. We shall see after he retires. If he gets to some obscene number like 60-0 or 70-0 and the retires, people will mention that. One loss though, a complete afterthought. No one really talks about 105 lb’ers, “historically.”
