            The golden boy Oscar. Fits a lot as he was an attraction when he was in his prime.
            Dudes right now couldn’t even get ppv fights in the social media era where everything’s handed to them loool.
            If prime oscar was fighting right now he’d do 2m ppvs easy
            Exciting and charismatic.

                      people forget the racist history of this country and how it ruined boxing for so many years.

                      just heard this recently and it totally blew my mind in its capacity to provide a ton of perspective:
                      you know the name emmit till? got beaten to death and thrown in a river for whistling at a white woman? his mother had his body sent to chicago and had an open casket funeral, one of the major catalysts for the civil rights movement.
