I would rate this level of intimidation higher than "Nomaschenko". You're so good, you need only look at your opponent and they quit.

Rumor and innuendo is that Harper's agreement was that he had to show up to get paid, but he walked out because he wasn't really satisfied with the amount.

There's probably clauses that cover intentional self-DQ. He's probably subject to fines and suspension at this point.
