A Great Fighter Would NEVER LOSE to a Low Level Opponent

    True or false?

I say false since many greats have lost to low level opponents but I've read this supposed truth on this site many times. So just wondering...

Sometimes a lower level fighter just has a great night and beats the better fighter on paper. It's happened so many times throughout history that there's too many to name all of them.

Todays fans talk a load of **** if a fighter loses against anyone, so it's best to just laugh at them when they're being ignorant.

There could always be a fight changing punch. Styles make fights. Also how low is "Low Level"? Ranked 250th or ranked in the top 20, for example? Because on this forum we have people calling boxers outside the top 5 cherry picks and tomato cans, so...

Am example is jeff horn. He can literally whoop 95% of the population who weigh as much as him but he's a tomato can

Absolutely false because so many other variables are in play in a fight. A fight changing cut may open up, a swelling may balloon up quicker than anticipated, corrupt judges may rob you, a corrupt referee, a freak injury might occur etc

No, anyone can land a lucky punch, ask Chisora how he won his fight against Takam.

There are few great fighters who never lost or even never lost to someone not that great. It's a tough sport, unless you're an armchair fighter.

Great fighters can lose to anyone. It's the sport of punching. Crazy things happen. That's why we love it.
