Weeks stopped Mayweather-McGregor early as well. Good choice not to pick him.

Other than having the satisfaction of McGregor being out stone cold from any additional punches Mayweather would have landed, just what good would it have done to allow that fight to continue beyond where Weeks stopped it? McGregor was defenseless at the time of the stoppage. Just because McGregor fans are insufferable doesn't mean that McGregor should have been subjected to additional punishment once he was defenseless. Permanent brain damage for McGregor? Another reason to ban boxing? Perhaps McGregor getting a blood clot on the brain and winding up like Magomed Abdusalamov?
