What you say about Lewis-Tyson is true, but Tyson’s notoriety alone made their contest a bigger event than this upcoming bout. Past their prime by a country mile? No doubt. Still better fighters than Wilder-Fury though and a mile better than anything this division has to offer.

Two back foot fighters < Two true dominant HW's known for early K.O s
While Fury and Wilder are in their prime undefeated they are very jagged to watch or frusrtating .
One is a K.O puncher who doesnt throw more then 2 punches at a time and has needed a late right hand that he waits on .
The other does throw a lot but with little on them .
Both are passive aggressive .
In no way is this on Tyson and Lewis even a shot Tyson .
You need two prime young undefeated power punchers in a undisputed fight to surpass that and we know who that involves !Last edited by juggernaut666; 08-21-2018, 08:37 AM.Comment

Say they hit 1mil and Haymon has been able to do this with floyd, now he has a 2 UNDEFEATED HEAVYWEIGHTS (who also self promote). If youre backing team hearn, you have to root against this promotion doing terrible, because it will directly effect their negotiations. Which will make his flat fee offer look

I don’t know about you, but it’s puzzling as to why anyone would back “Team Hearn” or “Team Haymon” or whatever, even though Hearn does a great Eubank impression. I just want good fights. I see what you’re saying though: it’s a no to monopolies. No one should be able to throw their weight around and dominate the marketplace as it’a harmful to the competitive spirit.Say they hit 1mil and Haymon has been able to do this with floyd, now he has a 2 UNDEFEATED HEAVYWEIGHTS (who also self promote). But in the scenario that a fighter earns the right to do that, it’s up to his challengers to rip that opportunity away from them.Comment

I have to say I fully agree. It’s a way better fight.
I suppose as an event it probably won’t get as many buys but it should really on merit.Comment

The way these guys talk and will build up this fight I'm sure it will do surprisingly tremendous numbers.Comment
