Fury would be smart to use the Wilder hype to sell another interim fight, sold as 'preparation for the big one' vs 'backing out'.
    1. Gives Fury another fight to sharpen up
    2. More cash in the bank for the interim fight (assuming he doesn't lose, but thats largely manageable)
    3. Keeps Wilder inactive for a while as he sits it out.

Wouldn't be surprised at all if thats how it goes down.

Let's delay the fight. Might be some initial outcry but people will understand it in time, as long as a future date is pencilled in.

Yeah Vital was a true warrior, not like crying ladies we have now in boxing.

That wont happen bc then Wilder is forced into a mandatory fight with Breazeale or he takes a unification /undisputed fight with Joshua in April .

We know he doesn't want Joshua so then hes left with Breazeale and risks a fight against a puncher also bigger then him , so hes going for a bigger Fury fight for more money .

Fury himself feels he could win so he has nothing to lose bc his excuses are lined up if he does lose .

Of course one could pull out with AHEM _______an injury after Joshua fights Povetkin ( very possible ) and change directions .

Wilder should let him have another fight! He didn't sell the fight this weekend! Fight Breazeale, and put Fury on the undercard vs. Kownacki vs. Martin winner! Risky move, especially if Kownacki wins, but at least there won't be any excuses!

Funny thing is, 30-yr. old Tyson Fury has had 3 training camps and 2 tune-ups, and all the Joshua fans are tripping. 41-yr. old Klitschko had nearly 2 yrs. off, no tune-ups, coming off a loss to Fury, and Joshua's come-off-the-canvas win was SUPERB!
