Fury retired, no longer lineal.
Funny how so many of you use that term but have no real clue what it means

Redneck Fury will never be the same fighter he was winning the title. Without PED use he has anyway no chance and Wilder’s people will insist on VADA testing🥊👍

Wilder should bloat up to 26 stone and take 3 years off. Of course wilder will need to admit he didn’t beat best fury.
But if wilder wins he can give rematch somewhere down line. Not immediately.
Let fury have 4 fights or so and then rematch

Of course it benefits Wilder to say this, just like he said "opponents always come in the best shape when they know they're going to fight me," but that doesn't make it true. In fact, both those statements are complete lies (remember Stiverne? Arreola? Old Ortiz? Etc). Fury looked like ****, he's lost more handspeed, snap off his punches, and STAMINA than even Sergey Kovalev has since he fought Chilemba. That's why I'm not interested in this fight like I would have been with both at their peak. Unfortunately, Wilder never called out Fury when Fury was at his peak, only now, like usual, does Wilder cherry pick the lowest risk name he can find.
They call it the Floyd blueprint, but it really seems to be the Al Haymon blueprint. And people wonder why the mainstream boxing fan can never root for any of his fighters. It's because it's the same anti-fan blueprint put into place for every single one of his fighters. They pick easy opponents every time, and then lie about it and try to sell them like they're top opponents. What kind of boxing fan appreciates being lied to? Not me. That's why even fighters with styles I might normally like, like Spence, I can't be a fan. As long as he's with Al Haymon, I worry he will just end up denying fans fights they want to see, like Haymon fighters always do.Last edited by Boxing Logic; 08-20-2018, 04:27 AM.
