Unless proof was offered and turned over to the authorities, I think that in plain English this is called GOSSIP. Off the record means just that off the record. If the people he was talking to gave him information on the condition that it is "off the record" then Mr. Edwards violated their trust, by mentioning it in his column and making ON the record.

If Edwards wants to slam Canelo that is fine, but he should ditch the sneaking stuff and simply man up and say something like this: "Look I don't have any evidence, but as far as I am concerned Canelo is dirty" and leave it at that, but insinuating that some knowledgeable people know for certain that Canelo is dirty and have not done anything about it other than to tell the Breadman is lame. Of course, Edwards then quickly repeats this gossip. Helll just say straight up, "I believe Ginger is dirty."

Off the record is a personal conversation and or opinion and it can be also a Law suit bro

There is no "propaganda spin" about why the Mayweather vs Pacquiao negotiations fell apart the first time.

The documented facts are that Pac didn't want to do stricter drug testing. Even Freddie Roach admits it was their fault that the fight didn't get made.

His entire argument was basically Margarito cheating against Cotto is a stance largely based on inference, the strength of that inference being dependent on how you perceive Margarito in light of his actions.

I don't think he was apologising for Tony (it says somewhere that it's a fact Tony cheated VS Mosley) but the crux of it is basically Tony V Cotto and whether he 'ruined' Cotto by cheating him

I agree with Breadman after reading it - we can't definitely say he cheated Cotto (people are getting this confused with Mosley), it's a fact he didn't ruin Cotto but I do think those wraps were used somewhere someplace. perhaps in a earlier fight.

Bread you do actually have one of the best Boxing minds I have ever had the pleasure of reading! Nobody currently in the business IMO can match your Boxing intellect and insight. I hate the mythical BS and over the top nostalgia for past fighters you and many of your fans have, because it’s simply way to unfair! Oscar was past his prime not shot plus Floyd fought him at the full 154 limit. Mosley was also past his prime but also wasn’t shot, Mosley got out Boxed and out thought, his mind don’t move like Floyd’s and frankly Mosley doesn’t have the skill set and Boxing IQ like Floyd. Qwackman an this is where you clearly show a little offhanded biased towards Floyd! Qwackman is two years younger but I don’t dwell on his age cause he turned pro earlier and was in some wars.
