I think we can safely assume that Canelo is clean now and has been for at least 5 months. I'll give him credit for doing "year-round" testing if he stays in the program for a full year.

The questions many medical experts, media, and fans have was concerning his low count of clenbuterol. Was it from eating tainted meat which will reflect a low count? Or was the low count because he took clenbuterol in the past and it subsided in his system which would also produce a low count. And many body builders and athletes have reportedly used it intentionally.

And there have been athletes that tested positive in other sports for certain supplements that were on the banned substance list but publicly were innocent because they didn’t know. With Canelo, it has been known for awhile that Mexico had this issue with meat. So people are looking sideways at him and his team and not buying it BECAUSE body builders and athletes have intentionally taken clenbuterol.

It’s very difficult to believe a Mexican Boxing Elite claims ignorance of the clenbuterol problem especially coming from Mexico more particularly his coaches are butchers!

Sadly enough, Rumor has it that the Reynosos and Canelo's brother who owns an exclusive restaurant in Canelo's town. have more to do with the whole clenbuterol debacle than Canelo wants to admit.


Apparently the 3 butcher shops own by the Reynosos are the main suppliers of meat to Canelo's brother, and if Canelo spills the tainted beans, all those business may be closing for inspection, and is obvious is not in Canelo's interest nor Chepo and Eddy and specially Canelo's brother, since that's the place to go for the Alvarez Clan to celebrate birthdays, holydays and specially any big win by Canelo. this attracts a lot of people to the restaurant and the revenue is quite important.


A guy who knows Archy Solis (the one that Canelo broke his jaw) and also hates Canelo, told us all this sh**t his last name is Valencia, I personally have my doubts about it, but who knows it may be true that Canelo is protecting his brother and mentors.

Canelo's Clen level was higher than about 102 of the 105, ie he was in the top of the class, but there were still a couple of the soccer players who iutscores him.

The paper that studied this basically concluded that those outliers who tested extremely high were probably abusing clenbuterol on their own.

Canelo was literally right below the limit where they wont accept "tainted meat" as even possible.

3x higher than the average for those soccer players who tested positive from tainted meat.
