Same here. Strange fight. Mares was a small guy in his last weight class. He is a faded fighter, coming off a loss he was hardly competitive in. What's the point?

I think if anything, Mares vs Rigondeaux would be a great last stand fight for both of them. The winner gets GRJ. As for Tank, let him fight Jr lightweights and lightweights.
