I think it was an issue with the wording you used because you said advantage instead of "better" or "Favorite".

Linares was on many people's P4P list as well. It is difficult to say how wide the gap between the two is, they both have their strengths and weakness even though I believe Mikey is better I don't think the gap is as wide as you are suggesting.

In any case, unless Mikey and Linares get in the ring together we wouldn't know for sure.

Because Haymon is blocking a fight between Spence and Crawford as much as Arum is. Why would Haymon want to stick Spence in with Crawford and risk Spence losing when he can first put him up against the Porter Garcia winner and Thurman? That way if an upset happens he still has the winner.

It isn't worth the risk to Haymon or Arum until the fight is worthy of being ppv

Yes Arum is Blocking a lot of potentially BIG MATCH UPS in Boxing and should be bashed even MORE for it.
