    Basketball players are one thing ...boxing is another. it's not just about power, speed, & size. You have to have a good defense as well. Mental toughness & most importantly how you handle a punch. you could have all the talent & athleticism in the world if you don't have that mental toughness & can't take a punch... you can't box...end of story

    Boxers are like pitbulls, they are pain tolerant (especially to the head & face)

        God shaq would kill someone. He used to bully kids in middle school til one day he actually hurt someone and never did after that.

          offensive linemen, defensive linemen, tight ends, linebackers/pass rushers would make great HWs if they had trained at boxing from a young age......yeah there are a bunch of nba guys too...but generally the football guys are tougher and stronger....basketball guys a bit quicker

                    Absolutely. They're massive and more importantly they're coordinated in areas that are important to boxing. The athletes who grow up playing basketball are easily the biggest loss of potential boxing talent in America.
