The B side was literally trying to guarantee them a minimum of 50 million dollars for the first fight. Nobody in the history of heavyweight boxing has ever been given that big of a guarantee.

It's clearly not about money because if the fight goes to the UK, both fighters are going to make significantly less than what the B side was offering.

Not to mention it's clear Joshua isn't going to get a 50 million+ dollar guarantee anywhere else.

If you turn down the biggest guaranteed money any heavyweight had ever been offered for a fight to unify the WBA (Super), WBC, IBF, WBO, IBO, Ring, and lineal titles... then you clearly don't want the fight.

He won't fight him for the money.
He won't fight him to become undisputed.
He won't fight him simply because he's clearly the best available fighter.

So how can you possibly say Joshua wants the fight?

I think it's moreso because Joshua is already highly lucrative, and a loss could stop the gravy train. He's still young, so there's no point in taking a high-risk-high-reward fight when low-risk-high-reward fights are available. These guys are businessmen at the end of the day.
