I'd have thought Morrison's experience in the Toughman contests would prevent him from having any amateur career. Don't they get a paid for that?

tommy did not fight amatuer when he was fighting in toughman
he boxed in the amatuers form ages 7-12 and toughman from 13-19 and then at age 19 came back and won the Kansas city Golden Gloves and won some more tournaments and fought Ray mercer at concord in the olympic trails and then turned pro on November-10- 1988 with a First round tko win over Willaim Muhammed

Thanks for the info Dynamite Dye. I thought the way it worked though is after his first paid competition he couldn't go back to the amateurs.
