And yeah, might as well call PBC a promotion since that's essentially what it is.

Top Rank, Golden Boy, Zanfer, Teiken, Matchroom, K2, whatever you choose.

I don't really have any loyalty but in the general sense, PBC and Top Rank tend to put on better cards in higher frenquencies

Golden Boy is the worst. You're lucky if you get one decent fight on any of their ESPN cards.

I don't think there is one top promoter in boxing right now. Matchroom is definitely #1 in the UK, Golden Boy has carved out a niche with almost exclusively Latino fighters, PBC has a very large stable that includes almost all the top black American fighters as well as a few decent international ones and Top Rank has an all around good stable that includes fighters from all over the world as well as the top 2 current P4P fighters.
