No modification or ********* to this contract shall be binding upon the parties unless the same is in writing, signed by the respective parties hereto, and filed with and approved by the Commission.

    BOXER (Signature) ________________________ Date_____________

    MANAGER (Signature) ________________________ Date_____________

    NET PAY = $_____________ DEDUCTIONS WERE: __________________

    Boxer’s Signature ________________________ "

A contract would be signed by the boxer, his manager, and the promoter who is staging the fight and paying both fighter's wagers, which would be Eddie Hearn, in this case.

I think you're on to something. I think what some are hung up on is that Hearn made sure to emphasize that a contract signed by AJ was sent to Finkel. Was a photocopy of the contract signed by Joshua sent? If it was a power of attorney signature by Hearn, was a copy of the power of attorney also sent.

Also, based on that draft contract, and given that Dibella is Wilder's promoter, why would Hearn sign the contract for which Wilder would sign. My thoughts are that this flat fee basically says..I will give you $15M to show up and fight. All fight monies or revenue will be conveyed to Matchroom (merch, tv deals, live gate, endorsements, etc). Whether or not that's a good deal for a fight of this proportion is debatable.

Let’s start thinking for ourselves for a change.

I’m still shocked you sent me that Larry Sinclair and wanted me to believe that crap. Now this!!
The truth is not always pleasant so rather than being dismissive try to be more opened minded as unpleasant as that might be. There is plenty of other evidence to support this matter. In fact there is evidence to support far worse. If you dare, take a look and if you are brave think about what you are learning. http://www.helpfreetheearth.com/news821_*****.html
The article at the above link mentions Reggie Love. Reggie Love later mysteriously died.

It was actually Barry Hearn who put out a tweet saying that the contract would be signed by AJ. Maybe he meant that it would be signed by AJ's promoter? The guy is in his 80's and retired, remember.

Whatever, AJ would sign his own contract, but not Wilder's.

The space for the promoter's signature on that generic contract is for the promoter of the fight, who would be Hearn, not DiBella.

And the contract must have named Joshua as the opponent Wilder would be signing to fight. If the opponent hadn't been named, Wilder would be screaming blue murder about it, and rightly so.

The truth is Joshua is unbeaten and has fought better opposition than both Wilder and Fury. Wilder only has a chance against him because of his power and Joshua's weaker chin. If he had normal power that fight would be a foregone conclusion.

Fury is clearly just back for the money. He fights 2 nobodies and then is going for a fight with Wilder. If he was serious he would fight better opposition first. His actions betray his words... Wilder will KO Fury. Fury got hit plenty in his first comeback fight by a man with little power.

Whether it was a good or deal is another question. The only thing Wilder complained about in that interview was that AJ's signature wasn't on the contract, which is bullshit

Fury, Wilder, Baby Miller, Luis Ortiz have more balls and are better than AJuice
