I think you're smart and you know Canelo's power is a threat. Why you have a hard time with that, I have no idea. It's easy to see that Golovkin fought cautiously. We can be honest and say GG is posturing here. Don't insult your own intelligence and just go along because you are devoted to him.
Red to say canelo didn’t fight cautious himself is only lying to yourself. Ggg did fight cautious but so did canelo. It was a weird fight for me. Canelo fighting like he has never fought before and ggg not going to the body at all. He didn’t even get a shot to feel a body shot. I’m telling you it’s as if the fix was in and he wasn’t allowed to hit the body. I guess the rematch should tell us the truth

Wait, wait, I never said that. I believe Canelo's detriment was that he was too cautious and low output. That's why I thought he lost.

My only point here is that Golovkin respects Canelo's power more than he leads on.

Another large reason why Golovkin didn't throw a lot of body shots is because he got warned for hitting Canelo's side in round 2 or 3 (I forget). Due to Canelo's upper body movement, he knew he'd accidentally hit that a few times. He or Sanchez mentioned that after the fight, especially saying since it's in Vegas they did not want to take the risk.

Golovkin always jabs a lot. Him going away from body shots and jabbing more are two very separate issues.

Completely disagree. Golovkin was actively reluctant to attack Canelo on the ropes. That's not a points decision, that's a safety decision.

You have your opinion, others have theirs. Fights aren't scored by who missed most punches.
Canelo didn't look hurt by the punches. (Which I can disagree with in a couple of vids) But in any case, neither was Golovkin. You're using different standards based on fighters' reputations.

I'd recommend you to watch the fight again, or an edited version of the fight that includes slow-motion. One of the biggest topics after the fight was that Golovkin didn't land many clean shots, which is 100% true. What goes unmentioned is that a huge number of Canelo's highlight reel looking shots either barely missed or were blocked.

When I saw the fight live, I thought it was very close and was cool with a draw. After watching a replay, and then especially catching some slow motion vids, Canelo was much less effective than I initially thought.
And this is what most casuals do not see. (not calling you one, you are 100% right)

Golovkin does many things in a ver subtle way, he let’s punches go by close, but never hitting, he blocks many with his own gloves.

        People will not see that.

I scored the fight 7-5 Canelo. Coming forward means nothing when the other fighter is countering, dodging and landing the heavier blows.

Secondly if Canelo didn’t pack a punch, why did Triple G fight like a *****? Why didn’t he go to the body and prove his
          Mexican style?

He was clearly concerned with the shot and clearly lost the second half.

I am by no means a Canelo fan, but Triple G is better off as a silent assasin, when he speaks it’s nothing but nonsense.

            The censored part is me stating that Triple G fought like a B I T C H.

Lack of body attack was proof.

I thought many of Canelo’s punches that landed were partially blocked. Canelo had a few more eye catching punches but I thought Golovkin’s overall hits, let’s call them the non flashy ones, were more crisp and flush.

Had Canelo landed more flush shots or more of the eye catching ones maybe he win wins in my book. But he didn’t and that’s why he should have gone home with an L, and he does in my book.

Right tough guy. I may not have liked how Canelo fought but I wouldn’t call him that either.

                  Keyboard tough guys SMH.

Oh my bad redd yeah I’m not confident going into the fight because GGG is totally out of character maybe he knows it’s the end of the road for him who knows I guess we shall see in a month

If a fighter is scared, then they’re in the wrong business. But for the “Keyboard Warrior” in you to call a Professional fighter “Scared” is soooo ******. Now run along Fanboy and catch the GGG hype train before it leaves you. Or should I say hope back on Lovkins sack.
