Morales did beat Pacquiao when Morales was past prime. . However Pacquiao had not peaked when he fought Morales the first time and he dominated him the next two times they fought. Prime against prime I think Pacquiao was the better fighter and beats him. Morales was a great fighter but Pacquiao was a greater fighter by a pretty good amount in my opinion.

Great fight, but I think Pacquiao would win it. I think Pacquiao could've even won that first match if Morales never saw what he did to Barrera and Marquez. I really believe Morales hugely benefited seeing Pacquiao in those two matches with Barrera and Marquez. I think if you subtract those 2 fights and he goes straight for Morales, Morales might've gotten caught off guard like the other two
