Which is incomparible to Mattysse who fought journeyman Emmanuel Taylor (a 140lber) at 147 to earn a shot at belt against an amateur no name from Thailand. Or BJ Flores fighting some "Trevor Bryan" for a belt Heavyweight.
Trevor Bryan beat Rossy on Showtime then diappeared. I thought King would push him over Molina but he didn’t for whatever reason.

        What... A .. shambles.

The WBA should hang their heads in shame.

Interesting heavyweight match. Winner is a good fight for Miller, Bellew, Ortiz.

actually u are wrong all the way around. Tank was stripped of his IBF title because he couldn’t make weight vs Fonseca

Tank then fought a guy in Jesus Cuellar who was inactive for over 14 months AND coming off of a LOSS at a weight class one division LOWER.

To top it all off there already was a 130 lb WBA super champ in Alberto Machado who beat jezreel corrales who had been the super champ.

Despite all of that the WBA made Davis-Cuellar for the super champ at 130 when hey already had one. Easily WAAAY worse than Matthysse’s fight being for a title although that was bs too.

Makes sense these two would be fighting for an interim strap from a pair of never-was champs. Don King should continue selling ice to Eskimos if people are willing to pay, suppose? 🤷*♂️
