Aside from trying to troll a bad point, a valid point to be argued that Hearn slipped up is he said Wilder's name and value will increase if he beats Whyte. So then why does he want Wilder to sign the contract for Joshua right now? He is offering him Whyte, but by his own admission if Wilder beats him, he will receive a better purse vs Joshua. Basically it makes no sense at all for Wilder to sign the deal right now for the April showdown.

He is his promoter not his owner..Joshua has to sign for himself for it to be legal..who told you that lie??He owns all promotional ventures of Anthony joshua. Unless it's absolutely necessary then Hearn would sign every contract like this on Joshua's behalf...
Pretty standard. Eddie hearns signature on that contract is just as legally enforceable as Joshua's due to him being his promoter so... Don't really see the issue here.Comment

No he doesn't ...
Matchrooms contract with wilder for that bout would be signed by Eddie Hearn as Hearn would promoting the event and Joshua. Wilder and Joshua at no point would sign the same piece of paper.
The agreement for that fight would feature hearns signature as Joshua's promoter and Wilders.
If Finkel and wilder had an issue ..hearns signature would be just as enforceable as Joshua's.
Pigeons has worked in the industry doing this exact thing and even he will state that hearns signature is just the same as Joshua's on that contract.Comment

We however have sent a contract , signed by AJ , for April 13 th. All he has to do if he wants the fight is sign !

For anyone who says Hearn/AJ never meant they were sending a contract with AJ's signature on it. Had to school some dummy on this two days ago.Comment

That doesn't go to Finkel or wilder though.. that's Anthony joshua agreeing to fight at the event against the named opponent.
That is an agreement between Joshua and the promoter of the event and any other signature would be if he may have to sign something for a network or a sanctioning body.
Anthony joshuas signature goes to matchroomComment

You're taking things so literal. If it were against the rules for Hearn to sign on Joshua's behalf as his promoter .. then alot more would have come of this.We however have sent a contract , signed by AJ , for April 13 th. All he has to do if he wants the fight is sign !

Hearn addressed the issue already about signatures on thaboxongvoice . It's just as enforceable as AJ's signature .
You realise there are posters on here who actually have alot more knowledge on this than you and I and they've said it's fine to do it.Comment
