Stylistically a fit Fury is going to be a lot harder to fight which is one of the reasons it's so unbelievable to think they would fight as early as December. If he gets beat before fighting Joshua, he's irrelevant.

                August 8, 2018:

"It's the right move, right now for Fury," Lewis insisted. "He's standing up for Britain like I did and I have to give him all the respect for agreeing to take Joshua's place and fight Wilder.

"We all wanted Joshua to take the fight, but it's good news that Fury is prepared to accept it and if he wins it would be a great win -- he would have shown the heart of a champion, a real champion." - Lennox Lewis

its nice for someone noteworthy standing up against the hearn/joshua politics and calling them out for what they are.

Absolutely agree! It is due to the predictability. A.J. is (straight up and down, no special effects) as Mayweather would say. What makes the Wilder vs Fury very interesting is both of them have non-typical techniques and movements.
