If Chavez has a fight in September then November is not possible and it would have to be December.

My guess is Maravilla don't want no tune up because he could easily lose against any top100 fighter in the world.

He invested a lot of money. It wouldn't surprise me if his investments didn't work out as well as expected and he feels he need 2-3 million dollars to be really safe. But I don't have a clue about his money really.
