On another point good fight for Wilder and they could even do a rematch. Agree with you 100%. MMA has multiple world champions, but everyone recognizes the UFC as the premier league, so the UFC champion is considered the real world champion.

Boxing desperately needs a UFC style league. Of course there will be other champions around the world, but if one league is recognized as the premier league, their champions will be considered the real world champions.

Ultimately, this is what PBC aims to become. But they need HBO to pull out of boxing before they attempt it. Too risky right now to hand HBO a bunch of world titles on a silver platter.

Wlad was coming off a 2 year layoff at the tail end of his career. He was 41 years old. His performance vs Fury was the worst and most pathetic in the history of any heavyweight or any championship fight. Facts. It wasn't about money for Wlad.

Imagine Manny Pacquiao, at 39, losing in horrible fashion, then taking two years off and coming back against someone like Spence or Crawford. Do you think either guy would get full credit like Joshua has, despite being almost KO'd. Get a clue.

Ortiz and fury are better than anyone on Joshua's resume so far. As far as the contract, Nobody takes flat fee offers for a million plus ppv sale fight. Get real.
