Well, he beat Paulie by a split decision, but I would not really go as far to say he was a legitimate champion nor was ever going to be a real threat to the best guys in the division like Floyd, Manny, Thurman, Bradley et al.

Getting gifted a title by SD against Paulie is not exactly an acheivement tbh.

Well, Broner has a draw with Vargas, who is top ten ww by The Ring.

Kudos to Broner for consistently fighting tougher than average guys. Should be a good fight where Broner's shtick sells the fight. Broner wins this and he very well may get a title shot at Spence.

Broner may not be a great fighter but he gets strong ratings through all his antics. I loved how he gave the crowd 2 middle fingers after they booed him. Fans tune in to watch guys with personality and a willingness to be themelves.

nope that was the fake regular version. That doesn't count only the super wba belt counts.

The biggest or now probably the second biggest PBC fighter out there. And Broner never turns down a challenge and because he is so flawed, his fights end up being exciting. People keep saying he's not that good and keeps getting chance after chance, but when you draw his type of ratings, then you will keep getting chance after chance.
