Lol now we finished on his “back foot” against Trinidad. I know you didn’t see the fight. If yiu had yiu would have saw Oscar literally running away from Trinidad that last four rounds. Lol. I can’t stop laughing.UH...NO!
Remember had they both fight Mayweather earlier your talking about a BETTER VERSION of Mayweather as well before the Hand Injuries. That Version of Mayweather neither of them would stand a chance! Oscar sometimes get overlook which is hard to believe because he was a huge Draw but as far as skills Oscar sometimes doesn't get the Props he should get. Going back and watch Trinidad Fight he flat out Schooled Trinidad most of that fight but he finished the fight on his back foot which was a mistake and of course the Power of Don King behind Trinidad is why Trinidad got that Decision IMO
Yes Mayweather wanted to fight Mosley sooner than he did but It was Mosley who said he had to go get some "Dental Work Done"
Out of all of them it was only Shane who had the BALLS to jump in with Winky Wright and Vernon Forrest when he probably did have to do it because neither was a Draw or anything at the timeComment

These responses should end this thread. Oscar not beating Floyd. Hellava fight yes. But win nope.July 15, 2006 Mosley KO's Fernando Vargas in a rematch.
Floyd has been calling out Shane for years. being ducked constantly.
when Larry Merchant finally presses Shane about it in the postfight interview this was Shane's response
"You know Antonio Margarito is out there waiting to fight Floyd...Those guys should fight each other and we can fight next year. The only thing I know is my tooth is a little lose and I might have to go to the dentist."Comment

My only question is this.
Shane said he would've beaten Floyd had they fought at that time. Yet he ducked him - toothache as I recall - then got popped for PEDs.
So are we saying a chemically enhanced Mosley beats Floyd?
Because I agree.Comment

You ducked him while you were both in your prime because Floyd was a KILLER back then and everyone knew it(despite what bull**** lines they fed to the media.)
Prime Floyd would've ***** slapped De LA hoya around the ring like the cross dressing ***** he was/is.
Can't believe this meathead used to be my favorite fighter back in the day. Too many blows to the head I guess...Comment

r
Floyd should have signed out as the best. But he signed out as a cherry picker. The last fight is what will stay in people's minds.
A man with a reputation for cherry picking decided last fight should be a cherry pick? It's not good however you spin it.
Should have signed out all guns blasingComment

Prime DLH could very well have beaten prime Floyd.
Shane would never have beaten Floyd at any point in his career.
Keep in mind Floyd's prime might have been 130. He fought too few fights at 135/140 to say otherwise although my hunch is his peak should've been 140. He went to 147 for the money which nobody can blameComment
