Even SPOON23 recently admitted Floyd won and he claims to know Pacquiao personally so he's not being biased about it.

It does seem Americans are judging more an amateur system where just touching your opponent with your glove counts as a scoring blow.

It the pro game it is clean hard punching that counts, and when you take that into consideration you could probably said Floyd landed 10 punches all fight

Effective Aggression is also criteria that needs to be judged, not sure how Floyd can win a round in this category. Pacquiao pushed the action and backed Floyd up making him hold
