lol ask BigPump guy if i got any alt accounts.....cause i dont
Per capita, PR has a lop sided number of better boxers. And this from an 80 mile long island... Just amazing production of world class boxers from such a tiny island.
Despite your childish rants, I refuse to take anything away from Mexican fighters cause there's a few that are downright nasty....BUT let's compare apples to apples.
Nothing but love for you homey...despite your ignorance.

cool finally a debate i can get into...k anyway...de la hoya, Not mexican, Chicano yeah, but not a Mexican fighter, he fights with a mexican heart and american patriotism, Collazo, NOT Puerto Rican, hes a New Yorker with Puerto Rican descent, ok hope i didnt forget anyone, about Miguel Cotto, he reminds me so much of Julio Cesar Chavez, the first time i saw him fight he was fighting that dude i forgot his name, but its an Arab name, he was fighting off the ropes and i was like Damn this guys good, then i seen him get rocked by Torres and i was like oh ****, there is no question that he is an excellent boxer, soon we will find out whether his chin can hold up or not, if it can, he may be the next Chavez, i dont care if hes puerto rican, i will consider him the next Chavez, i am Mexican-American and ill admit sometimes i do* tend to be biased and yeah i know it aint right, but when i know someones good ill admit it whether they are puerto rican, dominican, whatever, and i think Cotto is good, i just dont know about his chin yet thoughOriginally posted by cotto#1p4pThat's all you've got, you can't come up with some good argument back, you got OWNED!!!!!
I'll take Cotto over any Mexican fighter out there right now.....and most of the Mexican fighters today in reality are from USA since they grew up in LA or another state but have some Mexican heritage. Now, SHHHHHHHH!!!!!

early in cotto career i seen some simularities too, but i just keep seeing the same flaws from cotto that don't get corrected. his chin may be better at welterweight, maybe, maybe not.Comment

imma have to disagree with u again homie, but i dont think Cotto can beat Margarito, if he does then he will have proved me wrong, dont think hes got the chin to last with him, i know i said b4 castillo would knock Cotto out, and i still think hed have a good chance if he would actually make weight, after all this it'll prolly be a close decision, prolly for Cotto, and i think DLH would straight school Cotto, he is too small to give DLH any real troubleOriginally posted by IwatchBoxingI smell bull****
Your heard me
Castillo, Margarito, and DLH are all overrated. Cotto would beat all three of them.Comment

true i think an earlier Cotto woulda knocked Malignaggi out, and idk bout his chin being better, he will make weight easier but then again the punches coming at him will be jus a little bit harder, but i hope his chin holds up cuz i would love to see a Chavez Jr vs Cotto match, that would be another Chavez vs CamachoOriginally posted by ferocityearly in cotto career i seen some simularities too, but i just keep seeing the same flaws from cotto that don't get corrected. his chin may be better at welterweight, maybe, maybe not.Comment

Why always Chavez? I saw Latino Legends, a DVD from some Mexicans doing a documentary, and they said Carlos Ortiz was the Julio Chavez of his time. If you guys actually watched Cotto fight early in his career, or ****, before Corley, he has more in compand with Quintana than Chavez, plus Chavez was a Featherweight before Welterweight, Cottos a Lightwelterweight going to Lightmiddleweight or atmost Middle. Not the same thing.Comment

do you know that Trinidad Sr. got some of his training techniques from Mexican fighters and trainers? Sr. admired Mexican fighters technique and fighting style - please no llores.Originally posted by IwatchBoxingWhy always Chavez?
