Do you have a source for this? Bob didn't run the Matthysse fight or promote it like he usually does.

After he beat Lucas, Pacquiao insisted he is a free agent. I would be surprised if he promised Arum a fight.

Why should Pac fight in America? Any opponent will come down to Malaysia or Philipines. He has more fans there, and probably wants to fight there. And pay far less tax.
