Of course "until his next fight," we won't be able to judge his progress. However, there's a lot of hate for this fight simply because Joshua already turned down a $50 million dollar payday, a number which he asked for, and now Fury is calling for Wilder! There's only 2 outcomes for Joshua fans, ONE: Wilder beats Fury, and becomes the man that beat the man, or TWO: Fury comes to Las Vegas, and beats the man Joshua was scared to face!

Funny that, your position at the start of this discussion was that Fury in his current state beats most heavyweights and that Wilder deserves full props for beating Fury if he does face and beat him. In fact that was the entire reason our conversation in this thread started in the first place.Of course "until his next fight," we won't be able to judge his progress. Glad to see you've managed to take the fanboy blinders off and at least acknowledge that we do not yet know the merits of a fight with Tyson Fury at this stage.Comment

At his current state I think he beats Takam and Parker! That's very different than beating "most heavyweights." I never said "most heavyweights!" BS. Only casuals and wilder fangirls believe or pretend to believe that an obese and inactive joke like fury has any chance. The gyppo is just after a paycheque, wilder is just looking for an easy win that he can spin into some sort of giant slaying. There is a reason why tony bellew was so fecking eager to fight this version of fury. That being he would beat the sh i t out of the fat fraud.Funny that, your position at the start of this discussion was that Fury in his current state beats most heavyweights and that Wilder deserves full props for beating Fury if he does face and beat him. Did you read what I wrote?Your dislike for Fury and Wilder comes across loud and clear and I think you are wrong about boxing fans having no interest in them. Bottom line is that for boxing to sell it has to be entertaining and Fury and Wilder do know how to entertain. Both are good at it outside the ring and Wilder delivers it in side the ring; action, Drama, and suspense. When you watch a Wilder fight you know he's gonna win but you're always worried that maybe he won't.
I don't need to like them, I still want to see that fight. There is only a handful of fighters I like, period. I still tune in every Friday and Saturday for any fight of any significance.
I was talking about the business of boxing today, and it's about brand building.
What you described there needs to be sold, but neither fighter has been built up for people to know all that.
No one even knows who Fury is in US, as the Brits have said, no one will come out to see Fury except his people in the UK and how popular is Wilder in the US?
No one gave a **** about Loma vs. Rigo either.Comment

That will never happen so it looks like you have to settle for fury winning a unanimous decision against Wilder and Deontay blaming Joshua and Eddie Hearn as e was mentally drainedIf Eddie Hearn or Bob Arum were involved, I would doubt the fight will happen, but I am very confident it will. This will be great for boxing, and with two ****y bigmouths it will be fun pressers to watch. This fight will be huge in Vegas.
The only thing that could top this off would be for the 39yr old Povetkin to KO Joshua.Comment
