I mean this is hardly a great fight, Fury right now is fat and rusty, if it was a prime Fury then he would get credit.

Also I would wait till the fight actually happens before making a thread like this, who knows what could happen leading up to the fight.

Lies. How many fights exactly does one need to get rid of ring rust?

Lies? Did you not watch his last fight?

I dont know how many fights he would need as I have never seen a fighter with over a 2 year layoff and a mental breakdown coming back.

Let me ask you a question, where do you currently rank Fury among the current crop of heavyweights?

Look for more recent pictures before deciding he's still fat.

By your own admission, you don't know how many fights he'd need, so how can you say he'll be rusty?

Him being in fighting shape automatically makes him top 10. It's a wasteland out there.

Obvious parallels would be Ali and Tyson who both had 3 years off for suspension and jailtime respectively. Both had two tuneups before challenging for the title again.

Hearn reached out to Wilder before the Parker fight but Wilder demanded 50 % , its not a lie anyone can look it up and also see the IFL video was during the Parker negotiating time frame .

              " "50-50 or no fight" " D. Wilder December 2017

This was already pointed out to you !

“It's a 50-50 fight, period, point blank. No matter what he's got going on
his country, I'm the man to beat. ... In Hearn's words, the fight will “Never” happen " D. Wilder

This quote above is from November 2017 yet you morons are placing blame on Joshua when Wilders intent is preventing the fight all along by pricing himself out .

"I go over to England, whoop AJ and at the end of the year we come to Vegas - or wherever makes sense - and have a great Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. That sounds beautiful." D Wilder April 2018

He now decides to speak after Joshua has defeated Parker and Hearn INITIATES 12.5 Million offer he counters WEEKS later with 50 Million ,etc , etc grandstanding B.S . lol

Yet in the end declines the agreed to terms bc NO rematch was there ?

Why does he need a rematch , hes going to WHOOP Joshua right ? Yep thats Joshuas fault !

Because he was on a layoff of over 2 years, had a mental breakdown and since then has fought 1 opponent who was ranked what exactly?

                Is he in fighting shape?

I haven't claimed he wouldn't be rusty. You claimed he would be. We don't know. That's the point.

He looks in as good a shape as I've ever seen him in that video. Certainly not fat.

Hard to tell with a baggy t-shirt on. Who do you think wins if he fights Wilder?

I'll reserve judgement until his next fight. He looked absolutely awful in June. He'd get smoked early if he shows up looking like that.

If he gets back to any kind of decent form, I'd pick Fury by decision.
